Dove House Advice Service has been leading the way in the provision of community advice for over 30 years. Every year, by offering welfare advice, Dove House helps thousands of people access their rights and entitlements. We offer free, independent, confidential and professional benefits advice. We open Monday to Friday and have advisors available from a range of community outreach locations.
Dove House offers the advice you need, when you need it. We offer advice on the following: ESA, DLA/PIP, JSA, Income Support, Carers Allowance, Social Fund, Mandatory Reconsiderations and Appeals and Universal Credit.
Dove House Advice Services has a Universal Credit Hub available for everyone in the community to apply and keep up to date with Universal Credit requirements. This can be accessed on a daily basis at the following times:
Mon – Thursday: 9-5pm
Friday: 9-3pm
Do you need to apply for Universal Credit, but do not have access to a computer or Internet?
If so, you can visit the Universal Credit Hub at Dove House.
There are computers set up for you to register and make your claim, and our welfare advisors are on hand to offer advice.
Dove House is located in the heart of The Bogside at Meenan Square.
Your needs will be met and advice given in the most confidential manner.
